My approach

As someone with expertise in education, e-learning development, instructional design, and UX/UI, my online portfolio seamlessly blends these diverse realms in an organic and genuine way. Throughout my career, I have harnessed my creativity, communication, empathy, and problem-solving abilities to effectively create positive change and enhance the lives of others in both fields.

Meet my team

  • Reese, Designer Encouragement Dept.

My name is Reese and even though I’m over 90 pounds, I believe that no lab is ever too big to be a lap dog. My job is Designer Encouragement. I give my mom lots of love to let her know she’s doing a great job. I also greet anyone and everyone who comes to the door with big barks and kisses. And no one ever leaves my department without taking my signature “canine confetti” with them. (My humans call it “annoying dog hair” but I beg to differ!)

  • Moxie, CEO Condescension & Criticism

I’m Moxie and when I choose to grace you with my presence, I will walk right across the project you are currently working on, and sprawl across it, temporarily allowing you to pet me. After I have frustrated you enough by laying on your work, I’ll give you “the look”, a quick love bite (not enough to hurt, just enough to get your attention), and then hop down and return to my much needed beauty rest for the remainder of the day.

  • Riley, Pampered Persnickety Princess

My name is Riley. I started my life as a rescue pup, but now I am a spoiled 13-year-old princess. Regardless of what the others say, I’m the one who pretty much runs this place. I’m little but I’m mighty and with one bark, I can make the others do whatever I want. I love just being near my human while she works on her projects. She loves my company while she works and even though she won’t admit it, I think I inspire her creativity!
